Pantasia excels in delivering the best school assembly & residency experience possible from pre-k to high school. Our assemblies and residency programs are designed and led by certified teachers with content area standards in mind. Pantasia is a SC Arts Commission Approved Performance Ensemble and our director, Kimberly M. Roberts, is an International Artist-in-residence, author, and certified teacher who has worked with more than 450 schools!

Do you want your students to learn how to play steel drums?
Our director was an artistic consultant and wrote the instruction manual for the "Jumbie Jam" steel drum. This fantastic little drum was the recipient of the prestigious "Best Tools for Schools" award and the "Best in Show" award by NAMM (National Assoc. of Music Merchants.) Contact our director to find out how you can purchase these drums at the best possible price and/or experience one of her artist-in-residence programs.
Kimberly M. Roberts also works with schools who own full-sized steel bands. She is available for teacher workshops, summer camps, residencies, & Arts consulting.

LIBRARY PERFORMANCES
Our director is the author of the fun & educational children's book Jammin' Geography- Caribbean Cruise. We perform for many libraries each year and offer special pricing when more than one library in your library system is booked on the same contract. We also offer Author Visits to schools and day cares at a discount when combined with a school assembly.

THE MOST educational and kid-friendly steel band you will ever find. Unfortunately, schools sometimes hire a band simply based on price. Below is a true and verified review of a DIFFERENT steel band a school in North Carolina chose to hire because they did not charge as much as Pantasia. Shockingly, this is not an uncommon situation when a school chooses a different ensemble over Pantasia. "The band was an hour late. The elementary children were waiting on the floor for them. This is a large school and I was told that they would be able to play for the students as well as talk about the drums. The students were bored out of their minds. The first song they played was Margaritaville. This is not an appropriate song for an elementary school. It had the word damn in the song!!!! One of the band members took his shoes off and was barefoot. He also kept lifting his arms and his stomach and underwear were showing. I would never recommend this band to anyone.
